Description

OK, so you have your flags, now what the heck do you do with them? That’s what mounting is all about (And no, not like a horse.) Your options include:

  1. Find volunteers willing to stand around all day holding your flags. In the rain. This is a terrible idea. Shame on you for even considering it.
  2. Tying your flags to existing infrastructure. This is a very common solution, especially when it comes to attaching flags to canopy legs. Use zip ties, pulled really tight. If you want to get fancy, cover the zip ties with 3″ or 4″ Velcro strapping (available at Home Depot or Lowes) for a nice clean look.
  3. Use a ground spike, X-base or heavy metal base. for more on all three, click the links above.
